The peanut butter is really easy to make, the hardest part of the recipe will be the time it takes to eat it. When the recipe says to cook the chocolate to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, I mean it, unless you want a peanut butter that resembles chocolate covered ice cream. This is done by using a candy thermometer to maintain a temperature. In the notes it will tell you exactly what to do.
