How To Make Pumpkin Cheesecake?

Pumpkin cheesecake is one of my favourite desserts. It’s nice and moist, has a light pumpkin flavour, and has a nice crunch from the nuts. Since I don’t bake, I always order pumpkin cheesecake when I go out to eat.

What Ingredients Do I Need?

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
– 1 can of pumpkin
– 1 stick of butter
– 5 cups flour
– 1 and 1/2 cups cream cheese
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease a 9” spring form and line with foil.
3. In a bowl combine milk and pumpkin pie spice.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in sugar.
5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin, butter, and salt.
6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
8. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set.
9. Let cheesecake cool for 15 minutes before removing spring form.
10. Place in refrigerator to cool and freeze.

How to Cut and Decorate the Cake

1. Get a 8-inch springform pan. 2. Place the springform pan in the freezer for 10 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 4. Put cake mix in a bowl and mix it with the eggs and oil. 5. Put one and a half cups of the batter in the springform pan and spread it evenly over the bottom. 6. Put the rest of the batter in a cake pan and bake it for 40 minutes. 7. When the cake is almost done, put the cake pan on a wire rack to cool completely. 8. Put the cream cheese, cream, pumpkin, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. 9. Put the cake on a plate and cut it in half. Put one half on a cake plate and cut it in thirds. Put the third on top of the first. Put the rest of the cake in the freezer for 10 minutes. 10. Put the cake on a wire rack to cool completely. 11. Cut the cheesecake with a large, sharp knife or a cake decorating tool. 12. Decorate the top with the other half of the cake.

How to Make the Icing

Add 1 cup of room temperature pumpkin and 1 1/2 cups of room temperature sugar and stir until combined. Whisk in 2 egg yolks. Add in 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and stir until combined.
