Pulled pork is one of the most popular barbecue dishes. If you love barbecue, you’ll love this recipe for pork chops in an air fryer. They are perfect for weeknight dinners or get-togethers with friends and family.
What to buy for the meat
We decided to have some dinner tonight. Being so busy and all, we just wanted to cook in the air fryer. So, the guys in the kitchen did some quick looking to find the right set up. They found a new air fryer, and brought it into the house. While I waited for it to be ready, I kept busy by doing a little laundry and organizing some stuff. And when the timer went off, I took the pork chops out of the air fryer and got ready to grill them. The boys loved them and ate them up. Now, what did I buy for the meat? I used the Pork chops idea. This one is going to be fairly short, as there are a lot of things I needed to buy. This is what you need for the pork chops:

how to add the herbs
The first thing you’ll need is pork chops. I usually use pork chops, but you can use whatever you like. You’ll also need some spices, such as thyme, rosemary, and salt. I’ll start by preheating my air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I put the pork chops in the air fryer with about a tablespoon of seasoning. I will then bake the pork chops until they’re cooked, about 15-20 minutes. I’ll start by turning off the air fryer, then immediately put the pork chops back in. Once the pork chops are cooked, I’ll turn on the air fryer again and allow it to finish cooking.
what size and cut
The best thing to do is make your cuts with the grain of the pork so that they’ll cook evenly. You can cut the meat in the middle of the center cut for roasts. You can also make chops from the cut side of the loin or tenderloin. The meat should be cut into a ¼-inch-thick slice. Slice down the center of the loin, not across the grain. You can make boneless pork chops from the shoulder blade or round. To do this, first cut down the center, then slice the meat. Separate the meat into individual chops. You can also make chops from the tenderloin. Cut in a crosshatch pattern, cutting down the middle, then one line perpendicular to the grain. Separate the loin and tenderloin into individual chops.
You can always cook more when you have more time
We’re always saying that cooking can be really flexible and that you don’t need to cook every meal from scratch. Cooking in batches means you have more time to make the next meal. Plus, it helps to have a multi-purpose tool, like the air fryer. Air fryers are great because they can cook just about anything, including chicken, fish, pizza, and more. There’s no need to turn on your stove or oven. You just need to put your food in the air fryer, and cook! So, you can cook things that are typically done in the oven, such as your pork chops. Your air fryer will also help you get more flavor into your food. Simply add some spices and flavorings when cooking your pork chops, and there’s no need to mix up individual spices for every meal.
