After doing a bit of googling, I found this recipe for plum sauce. It is my first plum sauce, so it’s a bit intimidating for me to create something new, but I hope you can give it a try. I have tried to make it as authentic as possible.

How To Make Plum Sauce

Ingredients – 1 Plum, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp. oil, 1 red chilli, salt, a tbsp. of sugar. Method – Peel the garlic and chilli and cut into quarters. Put all of these in a food processor and chop finely. Put the plum in a pan and cook it, covered with a tight-fitting lid, until soft, about 20 minutes. Chop it finely and add it to the food processor. Add all of the other ingredients and blitz to a smooth paste. Add more sugar if the sauce is too thick. Serve with meat, fish or chicken.
