I don’t think many people have experimented with pizza in the past. I’m one of those who wasn’t really interested in it before. Now that I’ve learned how to make pizza with cauliflower crusts, however, it’s one of my favorite foods. This kind of pizza is highly versatile, so you can really spice it up according to your preferences.
Ingredients and method
Let’s look at the ingredients and method for making cauliflower crust. First, you’ll need a bag of cauliflower. Start by roasting the cauliflower in a 400-degree oven for 10-15 minutes. To make the sauce, mix one cup of sauce in a bowl. Next, add three chopped garlic cloves to the sauce, and one teaspoon of basil to the garlic. Bring the sauce to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. Next, whisk one egg and one tablespoon of olive oil. Next, add the egg mixture to the sauce, and stir until smooth. Bring the sauce back to a simmer for about 5 minutes. To make the crust, start by chopping three garlic cloves. Next, mix the roasted cauliflower with one cup of white sauce. Then, add the garlic cloves to the cauliflower, and pulse the mixture a few times. Next, add the cauliflower mixture to a large bowl. Add three cups of white sauce to the bowl, and stir. Then, add the basil to the sauce, and stir. Spread the cauliflower mixture into the pan, and add the sauce and spread evenly. Finally, to make the egg topping, whisk the egg and olive oil together. Next, pour the egg mixture over the top of the crust. Bake the pizza at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Finally, cover the top of the pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese.

It has very little carbs and zero cholesterol. But it does contain calories. According to a study published in the journal Nutrition Research, one large pizza contains about 250 calories. Cauliflower crust pizza is actually fairly unhealthy. It’s almost as unhealthy as regular pizza.
