As I was writing this article I accidentally burned myself a little bit, but fortunately I have the bandages to show for it. But what if I didn’t? Well then, it turns out that there is a way to make pancakes in the microwave and I have also tested it out.
To Cook Pancakes
You can use your microwave to cook pancakes. Simply add your pancake mix to a microwavable container. You can cook on high, if that’s what you prefer. Or you can cook for 2-3 minutes on low. If you want your pancakes to be light and fluffy, you can add 3/4 cup of milk to the batter before adding to the microwave.

How to Make Banana Pancakes

Just combine the ingredients in a small bowl, then transfer it to the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, or until the top layer is firm. Be sure to flip the mix over halfway through the cooking time, so you get a nice browning on both sides.
