Unfortunately, my favorite childhood treat, nice cream, has gotten a bad reputation. People think of it as unhealthy and a dessert fit only for children. However, I would disagree. Nice cream is really just ice cream without the milk. It’s not high in calories and tastes just like ice cream. So, what makes nice cream different from ice cream? It’s the way it’s made, and the ingredients it contains.
What To Serve It With?
There’s more to nice cream than just the ‘nice’. You should serve it with a few pieces of fruit or a glass of fresh milk, and garnish it with a sprinkle of granulated sugar. Pair it with a glass of fresh milk or a cup of coffee for a breakfast that’s sure to have you feel good all day. If you want to take it to the next level, you can add a little maple syrup or honey for a sweet treat that’s perfect for a dessert.

2. Pour mixture into a freezing container. Add toppings and freeze. Remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.
