Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 sprigs of thyme
2 tbsp parsley
1 cup of flour
1 tsp salt
¼ cup of pasta water
Cut one carrot into strips, place in skillet and sauté in olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, thyme and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat, let cool, and add to flour. Mix well. Add pasta water and stir with a fork until dough is too wet to handle. Knead the dough for 2 minutes. Cut the pasta, form into short strands, and chill for 15 minutes. Cut strands into pieces, and cook in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and serve with olive oil and lemon.

and make a little bit of sauce,
what you want to do is chop your onion,
put it in a pan, we want to put one tbsp. of olive oil and one tsp. of garlic powder,
one tsp. of oregano,
we want to cook this until it’s nice and tender and soft,
a little bit like this,
and then you want to add your zucchini,
we want to put in our tomatoes,
you want to grate your cheese,
and then sprinkle your seasoning on top.

Ok so now you’re eager to make jerk pasta. However, it’s important that you do things correctly to ensure that you end up with a delicious dish. The first thing you need to know is that jerk spices are very spicy. You can’t make jerk pasta by just adding spices. You have to do so in small quantities. Once you do so, you’ll need to add a bit of water to your pepper and you will slowly cook it until the liquid evaporates. You’ll then need to add some tomato sauce to your pepper and cook that for a few minutes. You’ll need to combine the tomato sauce with the pepper. At this point you’ll need to add oil and cook the mixture for about five minutes. Next, you’ll have to add the jerk spices and cook the mixture for another five minutes. You’ll then need to combine the mixture with your noodles and serve the pasta. In the end, the jerk pasta will taste delicious.

I don’t know how much salt and pepper are too much on jerk pork pasta. So, that is the challenge that I have been facing for years. Well, I finally found a way to make jerk pork pasta that works and I finally get the sauce that I want.
