mix sugar and milk in the freezer
put the gelatin in a cup of cold water to soften
mix the sugar, milk, and water in a pot
add instant coffee and water, and stir until sugar dissolves
pour the mix into the cup with the gelatin
wait for 5 minutes
add your favorite flavor
pour into small cups
