But if you want to go one step further and make something as delicious as the guacamole dip at Chipotle, you need to learn how to make guacamole. The first step is to wash the avocados, cut them into cubes, and remove the pit. Then, wash your hands and the cutting board, and add the onions and garlic. Then, chop and dice the avocados. For the other ingredients, you can use either all fresh ingredients or 1/3 fresh and 2/3 canned ingredients. After that, the next step is to combine the avocados, lemon juice, chipotle peppers in adobo, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a food processor. The last step is to store the guacamole dip in the refrigerator for up to three days.

Guacamole dip is one of my favorite appetizers. But most of the time I buy it at the store. However, I really enjoy making guacamole at home, because it tastes better and I can get the right consistency. This is why I wanted to make a video showing you how to make it at home.
How To Make Fresh Mozzarella Guacamole
If you want to make guacamole, you have to start with avocados. There are a couple ways to make guacamole, but the best way is to buy avocados and make it right there. It’s best to make it in the morning and keep it in the fridge so that it stays fresher longer. First, you want to cut the avocados in half, then remove the pit. Cut the avocado halves in half again, and remove the pit. Now, take the large half and cut the avocado in half. This is going to be your bowl for the guacamole. It’s important to be careful because the avocado is very tender. You may need to use a spoon to remove the flesh from the bowl. It’s okay to be messy with the guacamole, but try not to get it on your hands. Now you need to fill the bowl with the guacamole. It’s best to just use your hands to fill the bowl with the avocado. Put the remaining half of the avocado in the bowl as well. Now you want to tear the cilantro leaves and add them to the bowl. If you want, you can also add some green onions and jalapenos. To assemble the guacamole dip, you want to put some of the cilantro in the middle of the bowl. Then, layer the avocado on top of the cilantro.
