You’ll also need flour, water, salt and yeast. If you don’t have a bread machine, you’ll need to use a cooking thermometer to test your bread’s temperature. Put the thermometer in the middle of the bowl and heat the water until it reaches 105 degrees F (41 degrees C) in the middle of the bowl. You’ll also need a bowl for the water. Now, add the salt to the water and stir. Add the yeast to the mixture. You’ll also need a cooking thermometer to check the temperature of the bread. The bread will rise to 150 degrees F (65 degrees C). When the bread’s temperature is 150 degrees F (65 degrees C), you’ll also need to add the flour to the mixture and stir it in.
