The last time I made cookie shots was during the holidays a few years ago. I really liked them, but I’ve since forgotten the recipe. So, I thought I’d share a couple of recipes to get you started. Cookie shots are a fun way to drink your favorite cookie dough. They typically contain a mix of cookie dough and alcohol. The alcohol helps the cookie dough dissolve, creating a thicker, more delicious concoction. The alcohol also helps mask the more distinctive flavors of the cookie.
