Preheat oven to 350°F
Place the oats in a bowl, and pour in the nut butter. Add the cinnamon and mix together. Then roll them into a ball.
Place the ball of oat mixture on a baking sheet, and flatten it down. Then, using your hands, flatten it down even more. This can make the bars more appealing, and the end result will be more crunchy.
