[ListItem]: Preheat oven to 350° F. Spread oats, honey, and brown sugar on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Put the toasted oats and butter in a bowl and let them cool slightly. Crush the dark chocolate squares into small pieces. Put the oats, honey, brown sugar, butter, chocolate, and vanilla into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on low speed until a crumbly mixture is formed. Put the toasted pecans in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground. Transfer the cereal mixture to a 9-by-9-inch baking dish. Mix the pecan pieces into the cereal mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. Cut into 12 bars. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
