2 cups of powdered sugar (Sugar (white or brown)– your choice)
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup of cake mix
2 tablespoons of vanilla
1 can of soda
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 can of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of chocolate extract (optional)
1. In a bowl, combine the milk, butter, and condensed milk. Stir until well blended.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the cake mix, soda, salt, and vanilla. Combine well.
3. Fold the milk mixture into the cake mix. Pour the contents into a 9×9 baking dish and spread evenly.
4. Pour the baking soda mixture evenly over the cake batter.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.
6. Melt the coconut milk.
7. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
8. Put mixture in a pastry bag with a star tip.
9. Pipe frosting onto the cooled cake.
10. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for several hours. Serve chilled.
