It’s time to make the crust. The key to good pizza crust is baking in a hot oven. It doesn’t get much easier than this. You’ll start with a pre-made crust. Make sure it’s an 8-inch crust (or as close to this as you can get). The crust has to be slightly bigger than the califlower florets. This is to give it room to expand. Next, cut the crust in half. Wrap the califlower florets in a big piece of plastic wrap. Add some olive oil to the califlower florets, covering them in the plastic wrap. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. This allows the oil to saturate the florets. After this, carefully remove the califlower florets from the plastic wrap and place them in a large bowl. It is now time to make the sauce. To do this, grab a large saucepan and heat up some olive oil. Then, add the garlic and basil. Continue to heat and stir the ingredients until the garlic starts to turn brown.
