Ingredients:
-3/4 cups cauliflower florets
-1/4 cup buffalo chicken sauce
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp seasoned salt
-3/4 cup frozen diced potatoes
-1/4 cup chopped green onion
-1/4 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
-1/4 cup shredded cheese of choice (we used mozzarella)
-1/4 cup butter
-1/4 cup buffalo sauce
-1/2 tsp smoked paprika
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/4 tsp cayenne
-1/2 cup buttermilk
-Canola oil
Equipment:
-Air fryer
-Nonstick spray
-Fry basket
-Bowl
-Thermal gloves
-Deep frying thermometer
-Paper towels
Procedure:
-Place the buttermilk in a bowl and set aside.
-Mix together the garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, paprika, seasoned salt and smoked paprika. This is the buffalo seasoning.
-Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
-In a deep fryer or cast iron skillet, place the butter and the buffalo sauce and heat over medium high heat. Once the butter has melted, stir to combine.
