-100g Oven-baked bread, cubed
-Olive oil
-2 shallots
-50g Paneer, cubed
-A few slices of tomato
-Sprig of rosemary
How to cook the bruschetta:
1. Mix the bread with olive oil and crushed garlic
2. Add chopped shallots and parsley
3. Make 2 hollows in the bread, filling them with paneer and tomato
4. Sprinkle with rosemary
5. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes
How to make it
First thing to do is to cut the tomatoes, salt them, then remove the skins of the tomatoes. Second thing to do is to add the tomatoes with the skins, olives, minced garlic, salt, crushed red pepper and basil into the blender and add the olive oil.
