This classic dish is now in a crock-pot! Cheesy sauce and plenty of meat make this the perfect weeknight meal. Start with a cup of high-quality, low-fat beef broth in the crock-pot and sauté the meat. Once the meat is browned, add the onion, garlic, mushrooms, crushed red pepper, and spinach. Then add the dry beef broth and tomato paste. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the meat and vegetables are tender. Now add the sour cream, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaf.
