Bagel bites are a favorite breakfast of mine. I have made many variations of this recipe, but the one below is my favorite. It’s so easy to make and a great breakfast, or brunch, option. The key is to watch your cooking, and keep an eye on your butter. Once you get to the stage where the butter starts to get too hard to remove, let it be for a little while longer, and it will be easier. The bagel bites will be a little dry, so add some more egg mixture to your bowl. The variations of the recipe will be, what type of filling you put inside of the bagel bites.
What You Need to Make Bagel Bites?
To make bagel bites, you will need white bread, salt, eggs, and cream cheese. For the bread, you can use a loaf of bread, either regular white bread or whole-grain bread. It’s a good idea to slice it into 1/2-inch slices. The bread will be softer in the case of whole-grain bread and firmer in the case of regular bread.
