How To Make Bacon?

Bacon is great for breakfast. But if you have a love for bacon, you can easily make it at home! First, you’ll need to dry a pork belly. You can do this by slicing your belly into several portions and putting them in the freezer for about 1 to 2 days. After this time, take the pieces out, and place them in the fridge. Once your belly is in the fridge, cut off a small portion of it. Take this portion and chop it into small cubes. Then, place the cubes into a frying pan. Add 2 cups of canola oil into the pan. Fry the bacon until crisp. Make sure the cubes are in the pan for a few minutes on each side. After this time, let the bacon sit on a paper towel for about 10 to 15 minutes. When you’re ready to eat, place the bacon in a bowl. Serve it with some fresh chopped onion and a side of sour cream.
