This video walks you through how to make a good smoothie bowl. You can eat this smoothie bowl as a snack or a breakfast bowl, but remember that it must be consumed within 30 minutes after it is made.
How to Make It For Leftovers
If you are eating leftovers for breakfast, you need to choose something that is healthy, easy, and quick to make. This can be a smoothie bowl. Smoothie bowls are a delicious alternative to eating leftovers. They can also be a great breakfast option if you have an active morning. Smoothie bowls are also great because you can make them the night before and store them in the refrigerator. This helps to keep the smoothie fresh, which can be important for breakfast. Here are a few things you can add to your smoothie bowls: bananas, oats, flax, chia seeds, coconut milk, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, ice cubes, cinnamon, cacao nibs, berries, eggs, milk, fruits, apples, nut butter, and honey.

Putting a smoothie bowl in the fridge overnight will allow it to thicken up, so the smoothie remains nice and thick, instead of turning into a liquid. And if you’re looking for a lighter smoothie bowl, you can try adding some Greek yogurt to the smoothie mix.

Ingredients Needed For Making A Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients Needed for Making A Smoothie Bowl: For the smoothie bowl: mix the oats, almond flour, vanilla extract, milk and water in a bowl. You can also add in any other fresh and/or frozen fruit such as strawberries, banana, blueberries etc. For the base: add the coconut flakes, almonds and chia seeds in a bowl. You can also add in any other ingredients such as vanilla extract, honey and cinnamon etc. In a pan, pour in coconut oil, coconut butter or coconut oil and coconut butter and bring it to a medium heat. When you see the coconut oil is beginning to melt, add the oats and blend to form a thick consistency. When the coconut oil has melted, add the vanilla extract and honey. Add all the banana and strawberries in and mix everything. The chia seeds will begin to absorb the liquid in the bowl and start to thicken. If you like your smoothie bowls soft, just add a bit of more milk.
The Benefits of This Healthy Breakfast
This is one of my favorite breakfasts. It’s nutritious and tastes great. If you’re looking for something different, I’d suggest adding a few tablespoons of chia seeds to the mix. This will help you feel fuller longer, so you won’t be as tempted to eat unhealthy snacks.
