I created a moist cake that is simple to make and perfect for all ages. You will need: a large bowl A food processor Iodized table salt One cup of milk Sugar 1 cup of cornstarch A 13″ or 9″ square cake pan Or a bundt pan I made a mix of ¼ cup of shortening, ½ cup of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of salt. I then added 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of cornstarch and the mix. I poured the mix into the bundt pan and put the bundt pan into a roasting pan, and filled the roasting pan with 2 inches of boiling water. Then I put the pan into the oven and baked the cake for about 45 minutes. Then I removed the bundt cake from the oven and placed it on a cake server. I then poured over a small amount of vanilla pudding and then garnished it with raspberries. You could also use a lemon or lime zest.

Method

For this tutorial I’m going to be using the same method as the classic Chocolate cake, but it’s a different kind of moist cake. So basically I’ve got to use eggs, butter, milk and sugar. But, for the batter, the milk and butter should be separated. After that I’ll be using my classic method of ‘folding the mixture’ and’stirring the mixture’. After that, for the rest of the process I’ll be using the same method as the classic cake. This should give me a good looking and a moist cake.
