“Flour” is one of those things you just can’t get away from. So many foods we eat are made with flour, and it’s used in many baked goods. When you think about it, flour is one of the most versatile ingredients you can use. However, it is important to understand how and when you should be using flour. A lot of people use flour for things they shouldn’t. This is especially true with homemade breads. When you’re making homemade bread, you should start with whole wheat flour, not all-purpose flour. You don’t want to use all-purpose flour.

Bad Flour Recipes

Before buying any flour, you want to make sure that it’s good quality. Look at the ingredients and the packaging to determine if there is anything to be concerned about. Check the expiration date, which will typically be around the third or fourth week after packaging. If the date is past the expiration date, you should avoid using the flour and instead buy new. If you see “wheat gluten” in the ingredient list, the flour is probably made from whole wheat, but it may have been processed before it reached the store. This makes the flour more likely to cause health problems, as some of the vitamins have been stripped out of the flour.

How to Eat Raw Flour

But, it should be noted that raw flour may contain allergen such as wheat, corn, soy, nuts and dairy.
