When I do this, I’m using all of the nutrients that are in the fish’s body, as opposed to just the fatty ones. To do this, I need to place whole salmon in a foil packet. Then I grill the packet on high heat for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through. You can use any food you like. For me, it’s salmon. If you want to make this a bit spicier, you can add some chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. You can also add vegetables. I love to grill broccoli or asparagus with the salmon. You can also add fresh herbs. These herbs are a great way to add flavor. What I’m really going for is a complete meal. The whole fish, the vegetables, and the herbs. And you don’t have to cook anything in this recipe. It’s a foil packet that you grill.
