Next, set a small pan on top of the tortilla halves. Put a few eggs in the small pan, and cook them until the egg is set. Next, add cheese and other toppings. As always, make sure that your eggs are fully cooked before you add the toppings. Finally, slide the whole thing into a 350° F. oven for a couple of minutes until the tortilla is warmed.
