How to Cook Frozen Potato
One of the many benefits of using frozen potatoes is that you don’t have to spend time cooking them, and you get to use them when you need them. Since frozen potatoes are already cooked, you just need to reheat them before serving. Of course, one of the easiest ways to do that is in the microwave. Start by thawing the potatoes in the microwave. For best results, thaw them in a single layer, making sure to cover the potatoes with a lid, if necessary. Put the potatoes in a bowl, covering them with hot water. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. This should thaw the potatoes, but if you need more time, microwave for an additional 30 seconds at a time. If the potatoes have lost their shape, place them on a paper towel and pat them dry.
