I love lasagna, but I usually just have it as a side dish. But not anymore. In the year 2000, when I was a teenager, I used to go to bistros a lot and I’d look forward to having lasagna for dinner. So, when I saw a lasagna recipe that I liked, I had to make it. It wasn’t too difficult to do, but the taste was delicious, and my mom and I have been eating it regularly ever since.

How to Roll It

To roll lasagna, it’s best to have all ingredients ready to go. Start by spreading a layer of lasagna pasta on the bottom of your pan. Now, get the sausage out of the fridge. Place it on top of the pasta and spread it to the edges of the pan. Next, spread some cheese, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning on top of the sausage. Lay down the first layer of noodles. If you’re a skilled baker, you can bake the lasagna noodles right before you are ready to use them. This is not necessary, but it can save a lot of time. If you do this, just make sure to put the lasagna in the oven as soon as the noodles are ready. Lastly, spread the remaining cheese on top of the lasagna. Use your hands to cover the lasagna noodles and cheese, making sure you don’t leave any gaps. In the oven, you will then need to cook the lasagna. Be careful, as the pan can get very hot. If you accidentally burn the bottom of the lasagna, you can brush it with a little oil to help prevent sticking. After the lasagna has baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool before slicing it.
