What is Zucchini Noodles?

Zucchini noodles are zucchini noodles. Noodles, as any other food, can be classified into two different types: dry or wet noodles. With dry noodles, the noodles are made from flour, usually wheat flour, but some are made from corn, rice, or even potatoes. With wet noodles, the noodles are made from dough. The pasta dough is rolled into noodles, usually by machine. The wet noodles usually take longer to cook than dry noodles, and the amount of water added to the dish can affect the taste and texture.

To make them, cut zucchini into slices that are about half an inch thick. You can then lay the slices out on a plate, and microwave them for about 4 minutes. The cooking time will depend on how thick your slices are.
