How Can You Cook With Out Oil?
We all want to save on our food budget and how can we cook without oil. There are different ways to cook without oil, but my preferred method is to cook for 8-10 minutes on high heat in a wok pan. Then move the ingredients to the hot pan on a cold stovetop and continue to cook. Then add in some ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper and sesame oil and mix well. Add in your greens or other vegetables and stir. After 4-6 minutes, the vegetables will be cooked to your liking.
