How to cook wiener
The first thing you need to do is to buy a large glass bowl. Then take a small to medium sized pan. Put the pan and the bowl on a stand and fill the bowl with water. Put the wiener in the water and cook it for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 150F. You should also use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature is at least 165F.

Wiener Schnitzel or Wiener Schnitzel with potatoes is a German dish that is made with finely pounded thin meat. It is traditionally made from veal or beef, although pork is becoming increasingly common. The meat is pounded thin and often breaded for frying. It is then cooked quickly in hot oil until it is cooked through. The dish is generally served with potatoes on the side and a green salad is often served with it.
