How to Make the Tenderloin
The tenderloin is known as the fillet, and it’s also the most tender and flavorful cut of beef. It is found on the underside of the cow. The muscle is attached to the spine and rib cage by a strong band of connective tissue. This helps to protect the steak from being torn during the cutting process, and from being injured on the way to the serving plate. The tenderloin is the meatiest part of the cow, and it has a very low fat content. That makes it very flavorful and it’s also very good for you. There are three kinds of tenderloin: beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin, and veal tenderloin. These tenderloins are popular because of their tender, succulent flavor and very low fat content.

Venison tenderloin is a leaner cut of venison. It tends to be less gamey than other cuts, making it an excellent choice for slow cooking. It’s also a good source of iron and protein.
