I am so grateful for people who give feedback on this channel. As I have just added a video about cooking bacon in oven, some people say “Why don’t you just use frying pan instead of oven?” So I decided to make a video to compare the quality of bacon made in oven with that made in frying pan. I thought that it would be a little silly to show a video about bacon made in oven when the cooking quality is obviously not going to be very good. So I did not put the video on the first page of this channel, but to make sure that the people who are not sure about the frying pan or oven can have a better idea. I hope that you can enjoy this video as much as I did.

So, if you have a thick bacon recipe that requires high heat, such as a recipe that uses bacon grease, you’ll need to use a pan that will allow the bacon grease to stay at high temperatures for a long period of time. You’ll also need to know how to use the right type of pan. Some pans aren’t ideal for cooking bacon. For example, stainless steel pans have the tendency to overheat and burn the bacon.
