Ingredients for the teriyaki chicken: 2 whole chicken breasts, 1/4 cup rice wine, 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar, 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dry sherry, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, 1/4 cup oil, 6 green onions, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon butter. Bring a sauce pan of water to boil. Add the chicken breasts, and then reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken over, and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the water and allow it to cool. Whisk together the soy sauce, sherry, mirin, oil, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Place the chicken in a large bowl, pour the soy sauce mixture over top, and then add the ginger, garlic, vinegar and oil. Toss to coat. Allow the chicken to sit for 30 minutes to marinate. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spread the chicken on a baking sheet, and bake it for 20 minutes. Then, remove the chicken, and cover with aluminum foil to keep it warm. While the chicken is still warm, take out the chicken breast and dice it into pieces. Return the chicken to the baking sheet, and then stir together the ginger, garlic
