Brown steak is one of the best cuts of steak to eat and cook. It is mostly lean, which means it’s very low in calories and fat. T-bone steak comes from the top and bottom blade of the rib cage. Most commonly served as an entree, it can also be served as a snack or appetizer. Cook it on the stove top or grill. You can cook it medium-rare, medium, well-done or medium-well. It will be medium-rare if cooked to 165°F on a flat-top grill or a traditional grill. It will be medium if cooked to 150°F. It will be well-done or medium-well if cooked to 180°F. If cooked this way, you’ll know it’s done because the meat will become tender and will develop a beautiful crust. (Variation: You can also cook steak on the grill with indirect heat. This can be done using indirect heat on your grill. You can set up a foil circle to act as a reflector, which directs heat to one side of the grill. You’ll know it’s done when the heat is hot enough to start smoking.)

Tbone Steak Recipe

This is a nice steak that is good to serve with tomatoes. Take a good cut of rib eye or bottom sirloin. Bone in cuts, but cut the tip and tail off to make for easier cutting. The better the cut, the more marbling you’ll get. Let the steaks dry out in the refrigerator for a day or two so they dry out, and get a good sear on them. Keep them chilled until you’re ready to cook. Preheat a cast-iron grill pan, medium heat. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels, and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat the pan with the grill, and sear the steaks until the outside is well browned. Flip the steaks over, and brown the other side. Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes each side, or just until the desired doneness is reached. Remove the steaks to a clean plate, or serving platter, and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve, and enjoy.

How to Prevent Tbone Steak from Spattering?

It is quite common to see steak spatter on a plate. However, this isn’t always a bad thing. As long as it is cooked to a medium rare, it’s delicious. The spattering is a natural result of the steaks being very hot. Therefore, it is always a good idea to make sure that the steaks you cook are very hot. This can be accomplished by either preheating the steak on the stove, or by leaving the steak on the grill until it is hot and ready to eat. As long as the steak is cooked properly, the spatter is okay. However, if you want to avoid spattering at all, then make sure that you cook the steak until it is slightly under cooked. This will ensure that the steak isn’t hot enough to spatter.
