I use a pressure cooker for cauliflower so I can get the entire head of cauliflower in one cooking session. The pressure cooker ensures that the cauliflower cooks evenly. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can bake the cauliflower, instead. If you bake the cauliflower, you can use a gratin dish or oven to get a crumbly crust. Ingredients In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and buttermilk mixture. Stir in the bread crumbs and then gently stir in the eggs. Season the tots with the salt and pepper. Transfer to the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Arrange the tots in the air fryer basket so that they don’t touch and don’t overlap. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray again. Close the lid and bake at 390°F for 20 minutes. Spray the tots with nonstick spray. Carefully remove the tots from the air fryer and sprinkle them with garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Return the tots to the air fryer basket and spray it with nonstick spray. Close the lid and bake at 390°F for another 20 minutes.
