The cooking process

The cooking process is actually quite simple, once you have the salmon cleaned, cut and seasoned. I recommend having some salt, pepper, lemon and rice wine vinegar on hand as well, in addition to a little of the stuffing ingredients. You will also need a baking dish large enough to hold your salmon and a pot of boiling water. Start by cleaning the salmon and removing any bones and excess pieces. Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper, and then place it in a baking dish. Add a little olive oil to the bottom of the dish. Next, add a couple of tablespoons of stuffing ingredients to the salmon. I recommend rice wine vinegar, crushed garlic, some olive oil, a teaspoon of sugar, some lemon juice, and a handful of fresh parsley. This is my favorite stuffing, but you could also try a more traditional variety, such as crushed walnuts and almonds. The stuffing should be completely covered by the salmon and be about the same size as the salmon. If you are using a traditional stuffing, add a little more stuffing, as the salmon will take up more room than the original amount of stuffing. Place your baking dish in the oven, and set the temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This will heat the bottom of the salmon up nicely. Then, add a little boiling water to the pot and pour into the bottom of the baking dish. This should get the salmon steaming. After 15-20 minutes, remove the salmon from the oven and serve.
