What You Need: 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and sliced 1 – 2 inches thick 1 cup (250ml) whole milk 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or honey Salt to taste Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). 2. Place the sliced squash in a large, greased roasting pan. 3. Pour the milk over the squash and toss to coat. 4. Sprinkle the squash with salt and drizzle with olive oil. 5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized. 6. Sprinkle with the brown sugar or honey. 7. Let the squash cool before serving.
