Most pork chops are cooked at a low temperature until they reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The internal temperature of the pork chop should be around 160 degrees before removing it from the oven. However, if you want a much smokier flavor, you can do that as well. Start the pork chop off by spreading the pork chop with kosher salt to draw out moisture. After that, the next step is to heat up a pan and get it hot with olive oil. When the oil gets hot, you should start adding some of the spices, such as your favorites. Like I mentioned before, I like to use a mix of Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder. When you want to caramelize the pork chop, you want to keep the heat on medium and just keep the chops on top for about 5-7 minutes. If you want to get more of a smoky flavor, you can raise the heat to high. When the pork chop is done, it should have a nice smoky flavor. But if you want to further enhance that flavor, you can take it up a notch and smoke it with the oven. I smoke mine in the oven at 250 degrees with a combination of herbs and spices. Once it’s done, you want to take it out of the oven and put it on a paper towel. After that, put it in the refrigerator. This is what makes it nice and juicy, and you want to let

Place pork chop in the freezer. Rub the outside with the salt and pepper. Then, sear the pork chop. Let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes on each side. In the meantime, add the garlic and shallots to the pan, and cook for 10 minutes. Add the apple juice and water, and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Finish by adding the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and mustard. Let it simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. It should end up having a sweet, sour, and spicy flavor.

Roasting/cooking method
Roasting is the traditional way of cooking smoked pork chops. There are a few ways to roast the pork chop. The first is to place the pork chop on a bed of rock salt.
