How to cook sirloin pork chops

Sirloin pork chops are a great choice for a healthy dinner. They are low in fat and calories. They are also low in cholesterol. But you can make them even healthier by removing some of the fat and cooking them in a non-stick pan. Remove all of the fat from the sirloin pork chops before cooking. Cook the pork chops on a non-stick pan for about 4 minutes per side. Remove them from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Adding ginger into the sauce

Adding ginger into the sauce is a good way to intensify the flavor. The other ingredients are pretty straight forward, so let’s go through the process. Start by making a sauce using half a cup of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Put that in a bowl and mix together. Put the pork chop on a plate and cover it in marinade. Put the pork chop in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 4 hours. Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces and saute in the wok until the carrots are cooked. The other vegetables should be cooked in the wok as well. Add in the sauce from above and add 2 cups of water to the wok. Mix well and let simmer until the sauce reduces. Once the pork chop is cooked, add the vegetables from above and toss in the wok. Put the pork chop on a plate and cover it with the sauce.

Tasting and cooking

A good recipe for pork chops that you can make at home is to marinate them in pineapple juice for about an hour. Take 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Mix all of these together and refrigerate. Put the pork chops in a ziplock bag and pour in the marinade. Refrigerate for about an hour. Take the pork chops out of the fridge and cook in a pan over medium-high heat for about 20-25 minutes. Then, flip the chops and cook for about another 15 minutes. When you’re ready to eat, put the chops on a plate. Pour some hot sauce and lime juice on top and serve with rice.
