Next, place the pork chops in a pan, and then pour enough stock to completely cover the meat. Place the pan on the stovetop and cook the pork for 2-3 hours. The reason the marinade is so important is that it allows the pork chops to soak up the flavor of the stock. Finally, turn off the heat and allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes. After that, you can season it with salt and pepper, and then use a grill or oven to cook it. You’re going to need a cast iron pan, a 10 inch one. I used my 9 inch one. You’re also going to need a digital kitchen timer, and an oven. I used a modern oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Then add them to the pan. Cook them for about 5 minutes on each side. After 5 minutes, flip them. Then reduce the heat to 350. Cook for another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take the pan out of the oven. Add the thyme to the pan, and the onions. Cook them for about 10 minutes. Then add the tomato sauce and cook them for another 5 minutes. Slice the pork chops. Serve with mashed potatoes.

You’ll need the following: 2 pork chops 2 chicken breasts oil salt pepper coriander 5 green onions 3 garlic cloves Preparation Put a large pot of water on the stove over high heat. Place the pork chops in the pot. Cover the pot and let the pork chops cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them into the same pot. Add the chicken pieces to the pork chops. Cover the pot and cook for another 15 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk the oil, salt and pepper together. Add the coriander, green onions, garlic, and pepper. Stir well. Remove the pork chops and chicken from the pot. Drain the water and return the pork chops and chicken to the pot. Mix well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
