I wanted to create a method that was as healthy and delicious as it was easy. If you’re new to cooking or a bit shy about experimenting with food, this recipe is for you. The salmon pinwheel will taste delicious, but it will be light and healthy too. And it will be a breeze to make.
cooking instructions
This is a picture of a piece of salmon that has been cooked with just butter, salt and pepper. You can see that the fish is pink on top and white underneath. This is done by using a frying pan to get a nice sear on the top of the fish, and then finishing it in a hot oven until it reaches the perfect doneness for you. The heat is kept low so that the fish doesn’t dry out. The temperature in the oven is around 250F. To cook it at home, follow these simple instructions:

Salt and Pepper
Make sure your salmon is fresh. If you bought it from the store, choose a cut with a firm flesh. Peel off the silver skin and rinse under cold water. Salmon is a very versatile fish, which means that you can cook it in a variety of ways. Salmon is also a very lean protein, meaning it is very low in fat and cholesterol. It’s also a great source of calcium.
Rinse and wash your hands
Wash your hands with cold water for 20 seconds. Rinse your hands under cool running water for 20 seconds, drying your hands off with a paper towel. After washing your hands, clean your knife and cutting board with hot, soapy water. If you don’t have hot, soapy water, use plain old water and a dishcloth. It’s also important to keep your cutting board and knife clean. You can use a vegetable brush to clean your cutting board. You can also soak your knife and cutting board in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes. However, I don’t recommend washing your cutting board and knife with warm, soapy water more than once a week.
Open your pan and start
To start, wash your salmon and remove any little bones. Then cut it into six pinwheel-shaped slices. Put your salmon in a pan and drizzle olive oil over the top. Add some salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then put a lid on your pan and cook it over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.
