Even if you don’t have a George Foreman grill, you can cook salmon on a regular grill, stove or grill pan. If you are having a barbecue and have a George Foreman grill, you can cook salmon on the grill, but it’s a little tricky. Before you start cooking, you need to make sure that the grill has been preheated. To do this, open the grill and make sure that the bottom grill elements are on high and that the burners are on high. You can also press the auto function to activate the burners. Then open the lid and put the salmon on the grill. Once the salmon has been on the grill for a few minutes, check to see if the cooking oil is smoking. If so, you’re done. If not, move the salmon to the side of the grill that has the blue side on it. Put the lid on and press the auto button to activate the burners. After 5 to 10 minutes, check to see if the salmon is cooked. If it is not yet cooked, you can put the salmon back on the grill for another 5 to 10 minutes.
