Preheat the grill to high
Lay your salmon skin side down
Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted in the middle reads 165 degrees F

After cooking, let the salmon rest for about 5 minutes, then remove from the grill.
Remove the bones from the salmon, then cut into chunks and place in a strainer over a bowl.
Use a spoon or your fingers to remove as much of the skin as possible.
Add warm water, then swish with your hands to remove the skin.
Use a spoon to remove any flesh remaining on the bones.

Depending on the size of your salmon fillets, you will need to have either a fish or charcoal grill. Some grills may not have the same grill bed as the one in the picture. You should use a grill that has a charcoal bed for the salmon, as they can become slippery if placed on a metal bed. You will also need two grilling skewers, tongs, a fish fillet basting brush, and a basting brush.
