To do this, coat the bottom of a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add salmon filets to the baking dish. Sprinkle some ground pepper over the filets and top each one with some dried chives. You can also add some lemon juice and garlic to the dish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake salmon for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
