5. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil.
6. Brush the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
7. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven.
9. Carefully spoon the liquid from the roasting pan into a measuring cup or bowl.
10. Add the vinegar to the pan juices and mix well.
11. Return the mixture to the roasting pan, and mix well.
12. Carefully spoon the mixture over the pork.
13. Return the pork to the oven and roast for another 30 minutes.
14. Remove the pork from the oven.
15. Serve with baby bok choy.
