Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Season pork with salt and pepper. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, cayenne, white pepper, and thyme. Sprinkle garlic mixture on top of pork, and then rub mixture into meat. Let meat sit for 15 minutes. 4. In a large roasting pan, whisk together olive oil, red pepper, and white wine. Add garlic mixture and bay leaf. Add pork. 5. Roast until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of the meat registers 165° F, about 30 minutes.
