Slow cooker marinade
Slow cookers are the best appliances for cooking, especially if you’re looking for a home meal that’s ready in a couple of hours. While slow cookers are great for making one-pot meals, you can also use them to marinate. Marinating food in acidic ingredients, such as vinegar, creates a kind of “brine” in the meat. This helps break down the connective tissue and tenderizes the meat. If you’re looking for a marinade for pork spare ribs, we’ve put together a recipe that combines a couple of ingredients that are common in barbeque. Let’s see what we’re talking about.
Marinate overnight
Marinate the pork ribs overnight in the marinade. The marinade is made with your choice of spices and flavorings. Some common spices and flavorings used to marinate pork ribs are: garlic, ginger, soy sauce, red wine, or your favorite marinade.
