Ingredients: 4 pork ribs, about 2.5 lb. of pork ribs, 2 TBSP chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 TBSP kosher salt, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of prepared horseradish, 2 TBSP ketchup and 1 cup of beer Directions: Preheat your grill to 400 degrees. Take the pork ribs out of the fridge, and allow them to sit for 30 minutes. If the grill is on, turn it down to about 400 degrees. Coat the ribs with the ketchup, horseradish, and vinegar. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl, and rub them into the ribs. If the ribs are already dripping with liquid, you’ll want to pour some of the beer into a dish to prevent them from sticking. Add a bit of butter or oil to the grill, and when the grill is hot, place the ribs on the grill. Cook for about 4 hours or until the meat is cooked through. When the meat is done, remove from the grill, and wrap in foil. If you want to add some flavor, make a sauce out of the beer and ketchup and pour it over the ribs.
