Add 1 more tablespoon of butter and eggs. 7. Combine egg and butter and pour over pork cutlets. 8. Cook eggs at medium low heat, 10-12 minutes. 9. Cut each cutlet into 5 pieces. 10. Serve with salad, vegetables, bread, or any sides of your choice.
